Business Acceleration Program

An?intensive business growth program that enables CEOs/MDs and executives of NT-based companies to identify growth opportunities, overcome business challenges, and drive competitive advantage.

Program Overview

The Business Acceleration Program is an initiative hosted by the Darwin Innovation Hub, delivered by the Australian Centre for Business Growth.

The Assessment Clinic and Growth Ramp is fully subsidised and the Growth Modules is partially subsidised to $12,750 (excl GST) for businesses with high growth potential and headquarters located in the Northern Territory. Businesses must also meet the standard eligibility requirements for our programs; small and medium sized companies with between 4 – 199 full-time employees who are experiencing growth and are looking to reach the next stage.

  1. Assessment Clinic

    For the CEO/MD: A comprehensive one-day Clinic where CEOs/MDs of companies with 5* - 199 full time employees, who are ready to grow their company, can learn from Growth Experts who have started, grown and exited their own companies. Learn about what happens during growth, the CEO/MDs' changing role, and how to fast track growth.

  2. Growth Ramp

    For the CEO/MD: A targeted 6 month program designed for CEOs/MDs of companies with 5* - 11 employees who are looking to move to the next level, hire more people and grow their organisation. CEOs/MDs will learn the fundamentals of developing the right product for the right customers, and what they need to do to build an organisation that is ready for growth.

  3. Growth Modules

    For the CEO/MD and executive team: An intensive set of three, three-day modules, spaced three to four months apart, where CEOs/MDs and at least two members of their executive team work together and develop shared knowledge and skills around how to build an organisation that can sustain growth.
